Published Research Paper in Journal of Electrical Engineering

I am honored to share my research work, “Advanced Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) Design for High-Precision Navigation Applications”, published in the Journal of Electrical Engineering on December 6, 2024. This paper highlights a state-of-the-art LNA tailored for navigation systems, implemented using 180nm technology in Cadence Virtuoso.

The design achieved a gain of 33 dB, a noise figure of 1.3 dB, and an area of 0.51 mm², with practical post-layout simulations demonstrating its robustness. The work reflects the culmination of cutting-edge techniques like single-ended amplifier configurations and source degeneration for optimal performance.

This milestone was achieved under the expert guidance of Mr. Rajiv Bhatia, Scientist and Engineer at the Semiconductor Laboratory, Chandigarh, India. His mentorship was instrumental in shaping this research.
